seised, departed this life on June 16,2004, not having made a Last Will and Testament, of whose

Grantee at or before the sealing and delivery thereof, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, has
granted, bargained, sold, aliened, released, and confirmed, and by these presents does grant,
bargain, sell, alien, release, and confirm unto the said Grantee, his heirs and assigns, the following:
All that certain tract of land situate in Hopewell Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania,
more fully bounded and described as follows:
Beginning at a nail and washer in the center line of Legislative Route 21046 and corner of other
land now or formerly to be conveyed to the Ridge Church of the Brethren; thence along said land
of the Ridge Church of the Brethren, North 29 degrees 37 minutes West 150 feet to an iron pin
and other land now or formerly ofJohn E. Fogelsanger and Velva H. Fogelsanger, his wife;
thence by the said land now or formerly of Fogel sanger, North 59 degrees 49 minutes East 145
feet to an iron pin; thence by the same, South 29 degrees 37 minutes East 150 feet to a spike in

for Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, in Deed Book 253, Page 3497, granted and conveyed
unto DanielL. Burkholder, the said DanielL. Burkholder being the decedent of whose estate
Lloyd K. Burkholder is Administrator and Grantor herein.
Together with all and singular ways, waters, water--course, rights, liberties, privileges,
hereditaments and appurtenances whatsoever thereunto belonging, or in any wise appertaining, and
the reversions and remainders, rents, issues and profits thereof; and also all the estate, right title,
interest, use, trust, property, possession, claim and demand whatsoever, in law, equity, or otherwise
howsoever, of, in, to, or out of the same:
