SUMMERS, of the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberl Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and understanding, do make declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all p and Codicils heretofore made by me. FIRST I order and direct my personal representative hereinafter named to pay, to the out of my residuary estate, all of my just debts, funeral expenses and expenses involve with the administration of my estate, including all estate, inheritance or other death ti generation-skipping taxes) and all interest and penalties thereon imposed, as soon ai reasonably possible. However, my personal representative need not accelerate unmatured obligations which, in her opinion, it might be proper and more advantagE renew and pay as they become due and payable. SUMMERS SECOND It is my request that any pets that I may own at the time of my death shall humanely euthanized as soon after my death as is practicable and the same paid for by y personal representative from the assets of my estate. I further direct my personal representative to sell my residence and all applian es contained therein, either publicly or privately, and to add the proceeds of such sale or sales to y residuary estate to be disposed of as hereinafter provided. proceeds (a) my 2001 Saturn vehicle, my household furnishings, my clothing and hoes to THE THIRD I specifically give and bequeath the following property together with all thereon as follows: SALVATION ARMY FAMILY SERVICES, 1122 Green Street, H 'sburg, PA 17102. In the event that I no longer own the 2001 Saturn at the time of y death, this bequest shall lapse and any replacement vehicle I may have acquired s all instead be added to my residuary estate; (b) my service of "Friendly Village" dishes and silverware to my end, MARIE FETROW; (c) my personal computer, television, DVD and VCR machines to my friend, JUAN L. SEVENTH No interest of any beneficiary of my estate, either in income or in principal, shall be subject to anticipation or pledge, assignment, sale or transfer in any manner, nor shall any be eficiary have the power in any manner to charge or encumber his or her interest either in income o~ principal, nor shall the interest of any beneficiary be liable or subject in any manner while in the possession of my personal representative for the liability of such beneficiary. In the event my friend, JOAN L. I direct that my personal representative shall not be required to give or post bond for the faithful performance of her duties in this or any other jurisdiction.
