MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR REFUSE COLLECTION
The Borough of Wormleysburg hereby files its claim against Bruno DilAartile and
Janice DiMartile, his wife, registered owners, of all that certain lot or piece of ground
situate in the Borough of Wormleysburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, being known as
11 Locust Street, Wormleysburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, and having erected
thereon a dwelling house, for:
Refuse collection for the period beginning January 1, 1986 through December 31,
1986, both dates being inclusive, for a total amount of $64.00.
The said service being provided by the Borough of Wormleysburg in strict accordance
with Ordinance No. 261, as amended, which said Ordinance was duly enacted and ordained
by said Borough on February 18, 1972, as amended by Ordinance No. 342, dated December
30, 1981 and further amended by Ordinance No. 357, dated December 11, 1984, together
with Chapter 20, Part 1, Code of Ordinances of the Borough of Wormleysburg, adopted
April 8, 1986, as amended.
