MUNICIPAL LIEN FOR SEWER RENML
AND NOW, this day of may, 1989, the Borough of Wormleysburg hereby files its
claim against Bruno A. DiMartile and Janice B. DiMartile, registered owners, of all
that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the Borough of Wormleysburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, known as 11 Locust Street, Wormleysburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and having erected thereon a dwelling house for:
Sewer rental for the period from January 1, 1987 through
December 31, 1988, both dates being inclusive, for a total amount of
$679.80.
The said services were provided by the Borough of Wormleysburg, and the charges
levied therefor in strict accordance with Ordinance No. 200, dated February 6, 1964,
amended by Ordinance No. 230, dated May 9, 1967, and in accordance with Ordinance No.
329, dated June 10, 1980, as amended by Ordinance No. 331, dated June 30, 1980, as
amended by Ordinance No. 332, dated October 14, 1980, as applicable. ,
