AND NOW, this day of May, 1989, the Borough of Wormleysburg hereby files its
claim against Bruno A. DiMartile and Janice B. DiMartile, registered owners, of all
that certain lot or piece of ground situate in the Borough of Wormleysburg, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, known as 11 Locust Street, Wormleysburg, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, and having erected thereon a dwelling house for:
Refuse collection for the period from January 1, 1987 December 31,
1988, both dates being inclusive, for a total amount of $233.43.
The said services were provided by the Borough of Womleysburg, and the charges
levied therefor in strict accordance with Ordinance No. 261, as amended, which said
Ordiannce was duly enacted and ordained by said Borough on February 18, 1972, as
amended, by Ordinance No. 342, dated December 30, 1981, and further amended by
Ordinance No. 357, dated December 11, 1984.
