Ordered that the Petition is granted and that the Court directs M&T Bank to release all
remaining funds held by it in the retirement account (number 35004201002893) for Janet
L. Davis, Deceased, less taxes, if any, to the Petitioner; and, holds M&T Bank harmless
for future claims concerning the funds, such that Petitioner shall be considered the sole
responsible party by any person or entity raising such claims, if any, from this day
forward.
