Buckley, Esquire, shall be paid an interim amount totaling $46,725.10 to be paid by the Estate of Robert M. Mumma andlor the Trusts created under the Will of Robert M. Mumma, fifty (50%) percent from the Marital Trust and fifty (50%) from the Residuary Trust. The payments shall be made payable directly to Joseph D. Buckley, Esquire and shall be forwarded to Attorney Buckley within five (5) days of this Order. Such payment shall in no way reflect responsibility for the ultimate determination as to what person, persons or entity shall bear the fees and costs associated with the audit.
