its adjudication on ~~~ Z , , o (.~, , of the accounting filed in the above
referenced estate it is hereby ordered and decreed that legal title in the following describe real
estate is awarded to Kimberly O. Kauffman:
TRACT NO. 1: All that certain tract of land with improvements thereon erected
situate in West Pennsboro Township Cumberland County, Pennsylvania more
particularly bounded and described as follows, in accordance with a survey of
Thomas Alvin Neff, R.S., dated June 5, 1972:
BEGINNING at an iron pipe as shown on the hereinafter mentioned Plan of Lots
dated June 5, 1972, by Thomas Alvin Neff, Registered Surveyor, said pipe being
on the present right of way line of Township Road #445 and corner of land now
or formerly of Herbert Meals; thence along said line and Township Road #445,
North 87 degrees 38 minutes 40 seconds East, a distance of 175 feet to an iron
pipe and corner of lands now or formerly of Guy H. Foster, et ux; thence South 02
degrees 06 minutes East, a distance of 194.24 feet along lands now or formerly of
Guy H. Foster, et ux, to an iron pin and corner of lands now or formerly of Guy
H. Foster, et ux; thence South 87 degrees 38 minutes 40 seconds West, a distance
of 175 feet along land now or formerly of Guy H. Foster, et ux; to an iron pin and
fence line at corner of lands now or formerly of Chester Garman; thence North 02
degrees 06 minutes West a distance of 194.24 feet along lands now or formerl of
Herbert Meals to an iron pipe on the right of way aforesaid Township Road

HAVING thereon erected a brick and aluminum bi-level dwelling known as
R.D. #4, Box 124-A, Carlisle, Pennsylvania.
TRACT NO. 2: All that certain lot of ground located in West Pennsboro
Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, known as Lot 15 on the land
subdivision plan for West Penn Estates as recorded in the Cumberland County
Recorder of Deeds Office in Plan Book 79, Page 18, more particularly described
as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on a dividing line between Lots Nos. 1 and 15 of the
aforementioned Plan; thence South 23 degrees 37 minutes 14 seconds West, a
distance of 125.21 feet to an iron pin; thence by lands now or formerly of Paul L.
Garman North 48 degrees 36 minutes 00 seconds West, a distance of 165.92 feet
to an existing pipe, thence along lands now or formerly of Vendee Mortgage Trust
North 88 degrees 21 minutes 40 seconds East, 174.69 feet to an existing pipe
being the Place of BEGINNING.
The above tract consisting of 0.2271 acres, more or less, in accordance with the
mentioned plan.
This conveyance is made subject to all easements and restrictions of record as
listed on the mentioned plan, any prior recorded subdivision plan involving this
property and any Deeds of record.
BEING the same premises which Robert W. Gornick and Barbara A. Gornick, her
husband by their deed dated March 24, 2006 and recorded March 27, 2006 in the
Cumberland County Office of the Recorder of Deeds in Deed Book 273 at Page
3522, granted and conveyed unto Clinton E. Kauffinan, single man.
