The property was acquired by John I. Enck and Barbara J. Enck, his wife, by deed dated March 15, 1948 and recorded March 15, 1948 in the Cumberland County Recorder of Deeds Office, a copy of said deed is attached hereto and incorporated herein. The said John I. Enck died April 29, 1984, whereupon full and complete title to the within described property became vested solely in Barbara J. Enck, surviving spouse, the decedent herein. The above-described real property was sold pursuant to an Agreement of Sale for Real Estate dated March 4, 2010, a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein. Final settlement took place on March 26, 2010. A copy of the deed conveying said real estate, along with a copy of the Settlement Sheet, are attached hereto and incorporated herein.
