ORDER
AND NOW, this ~,lday of June, 2010, upon application of the Auditor, pursuant to Rule
8.2 of the Rules of the Orphan's Court, the Auditor in this matter, Joseph D. Buckley, Esquire, shall
now be required to file his auditor's report within thirty (30) days following receipt of the briefs of
the parties.
It is further ordered that all parties shall file with the Auditor his, her or their brief within
sixty (60) days of receipt of the transcripts from the final three days of hearings which were held
June 14, 15 and 16, 2010.
