AS PROVIDED BELOW, after date, We, the undersigned, jointly and severally,
promise to pay to the order of L & S FIREPLACE SHOPPE, its successors and assigns, the
sum of ($75,000.00) Dollars, without offset, for value received, with interest at five (5%)
percent per annum. Protest waived. This Note will be repaid at $10,000 plus interst on the 15`h
of December for the term of five (5) years. First payment of $10,000 plus $2,034.25 interest due
December 15, 2010.
AND FURTHER, WE, jointly and severally, do hereby authorize and empower any
attorney of any Court of Record of Pennsylvania, or elsewhere, to appear for and to enter
judgment against us, or any of us, jointly and severally, for the said sum of $75,000.00 with costs
of suits, release of errors, without stay of execution and with 10% added for collection fees; and
WE, jointly and severally, also hereby waive and release all relief from any and all
appraisement, stay or exemption laws of any state now in force or hereafter to be passed.
This Note is binding upon the parties, their heirs and assigns.
