lease agreements, including but not limited to Master Lease Agreement No. 02573 and Schedule of Leased
Equipment No. 02573-001 and related documents under which Secured Party shall lease to Debtor the items
of equipment including, but not limited to:
Office and Medical Equipment
that are more fully described from time to time in such documents. This Financing Statement covers all of
Debtor's now existing and hereafter acquired right, tide and interest in and to such leased equipment, ail
general intangibles related thereto and all cash and non-cash proceeds and products including, but not 1/mited
to, insurance proceeds of the foregoing, and all additions and accessions thereto, substitutions therefor and
replacements thereof.
