AND NOW, this ~~ day of June, 2010, upon consideration of the Petition for
Distribution in Small Estate and upon finding that no Answer or Objections have been filed
pursuant to the Rule to Show cause issued pursuant to said Petition, Rule to Show Cause dated
February 19, 2010 is made absolute and the Petitioner is authorized and ordered as followse
(i) That the Estate of Dorothy J. Sehringer, be liquidated and distributed to Petitioner
for the payment, first for administrative expenses; and second, if there be any assets left, to other
creditors of the estate;
(ii) That the same may be carried out without appraisement, and with authority of the
Petitioner, Ernest T. Sehringer, to receive, collect and distribute the Estate of Dorothy J.
Sehringer, Deceased, pursuant to this Petition and to make any and all necessary assignments and
transfers to accomplish that purpose, including the sale of any stock in First Energy owned by
the Decedent.
