I write as Personal Representative of the Estate of the late Burtram P. Goodman,
Deceased.
This letter is to advise you of the change in my Counsel in the above referenced
estate.
My previous Counsel was Dale F. Shughart, Jr.. Sadly, Attorney Shughart has
had to terminate his practice because of his death on March 23, 2010. My Successor
Counsel for this estate, effective March 23, 2010, is:
