KNOW ALL MEN AND WOMEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
THAT WHEREAS, the Decedent, LOUISE E. SPORL, died, intestate, on September 30,
2007;
WHEREAS, the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania issued Letters of
Administration to Alfred E. Sporl, her surviving spouse, on September 30, 2007;
WHEREAS, at the time of her death, Louse E. Sporl was married to Alfred E. Sporl and
JEFFREY S. SPORL and JONATHAN S. SPORL are the only children of said marriage;
WHEREAS, JEFFREY S. SPORL and JONATHAN S. SPORL are the only children of
the late Louise E. Sporal;
WHEREAS, JONATHAN S. SPORL is the Decedent's san and is a residual heir entitled
to one quarter (1 /4) of the residual estate following deductions for expenses and inheritance tax
and following the first 'Thirty Thousand Dollars ($30,000.00) of said Estate to, Alfred E. Sporl, the
surviving spouse of Louise E. Sporl; AND
WHEREAS, JONATHAN S. SPORL, having been advised of his entitlement to and
intestate share of the residual estate, desires, nevertheless, to .waive and disclaim his said
inheritance from the decedent, the late Louise E. Sporl.
NOW THEREFORE, JONATHAN S. SPORL does hereby voluntarily and knowingly
and forever waive, disclaim and renounce any share or entitlement of the decedent's estate to

which he may be due in this matter as well as any intestate succession of this Estate whether the
applicable probate property is located in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania or elsewhere.
FURTHER, it is hereby agreed that this Disclaimer of Estate Interest may be filed with
the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, pursuant to the Pennsylvania Estate and Fiduciary Code, Section 6203 (20 Pa.
C.S.A. Section 6203, as amended).
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned have signed this document this ~~ day of
