is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Thomas Construction
of 155 Ken-Len Drive, Carlisle,
for the erection of a story
at Lot #31, Signal Hill Drive,
Pennsylvania,
Pennsylvania,
building upon a lot of land situate
Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, December 18, 2001 , at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin-
cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner
to the said Contractor
to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said
contract with Contractor and the further
consideration of One Dollar. to Contractor paid
by Owner , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the
building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any
labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such
liens being expressly waived.

CERTIFICATION
The undersigned, Charles E. Thomas, Jr., Assistant Secretary of Susquehanna
Enterprises, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, does hereby certify that at a meeting of the
Board of Directors of the corporation held on December 7, 2001, the following resolution
was unanimously adopted:
RESOLVED, the sale of the premises known as Lot No. 30,
Plan of Signal Hill Residential Development, Phase III, Plan
Book 71, Page 124, Hampden Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, be and is hereby authorized and further that the
appropriate officers of the corporation be and they hereby are
authorized to execute any and all documents on behalf of the
corporation necessary to accomplish the sale and in so doing
their acts and signatures shall bind the corporation.

of Cumberland, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, more particularly bounded and desc~bed as follows,

BEGINNING at a concrete monument at the southwestem comer of Lot No. 30, said point being
on the lands of Signal Hill Subdivision Phase I; thence along the southern line of Lot No. 30, South 88
degrees .58 minutes 06 seconds East, a distance of 170.49 feet to a point, said point also being on the
western right-of-way line of Signal Hill Drive, a 50 foot wide street; thence along said right-of-way line
along a curve to the left having a radius of 175.00 and an arc length of 87.32 feet, said arc being
subtended by a chord of South 13 degrees 15 minutes 44 seconds East, a distance of 86.41 feet to a point;
thence along a curve to the left having a radius of 175.00 and an arc length of 29.35 feet, said are being
subtended by a chord of South 32 degrees 21 minutes 39 seconds East, a distance of 29.32 feet to a point,
said point also being the northeastem comer of Lot No. 32; thence along the northern line of said lot,
South 52 degrees 50 minutes 04 seconds West, a distance of 202.00 feet to a concrete monument, said
moment being on the eastern lands .of Signal Hill Subdivision Phase I; thence along said lands, North
10 degrees 53 minutes 19 seconds' West,.a distance of 238.26 feet to a concrete monument, the place of
