Pennsylvania Number te~l - ?1~11 K}OI-.~ Term, Jeffrey Smith and Kelly Smith. humhmnd mn wife Owner vs. Contractor WHEREAS, Jeffrey Smith and Kelly Smith of 2/+2 Westover Drive, New Cumberland, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Thomas Construction of 155 Ken-Len Drive, Carlisle, for the erection of a story at Lot #31, Signal Hill Drive, Pennsylvania, Pennsylvania, building upon a lot of land situate Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. NOW, December 18, 2001 , at the time of and immediately before the execution of the prin- cipal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owner to the said Contractor to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Contractor and the further consideration of One Dollar. to Contractor paid by Owner , it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived. Thomas, Jr., Assistant Secretary of Susquehanna Enterprises, Inc., a Pennsylvania corporation, does hereby certify that at a meeting of the Board of Directors of the corporation held on December 7, 2001, the following resolution was unanimously adopted: RESOLVED, the sale of the premises known as Lot No. 30, Plan of Signal Hill Residential Development, Phase III, Plan Book 71, Page 124, Hampden Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, be and is hereby authorized and further that the appropriate officers of the corporation be and they hereby are authorized to execute any and all documents on behalf of the corporation necessary to accomplish the sale and in so doing their acts and signatures shall bind the corporation.
