1. You are directed to attach the property of the Defendants in the possession of M&T Bank
as Garnishee: any and all property of the Defendants Walter Lesher and/or Wendy Mullen located
at any branch of M&T Bank with a local address of Summerdale Plaza, 423 N. Enola Road, Enola,
PA 17025; and
2. Notify the Garnishee that:
d. an attachment has been issued;
e. except as provided in paragraph (c), the Garnishee is enjoined from paying any debt to or
for the account of the Defendant and from delivering any property of the Defendant or
otherwise disposing thereof;
f. the attachment shall not include any funds in an account of the Defendant with a bank or
other financial institution:
i. in which funds are deposited electronically on a recurring basis and are identified
as being funds that upon deposit are exempt from execution, levy or attachment
under Pennsylvania or federal law, or
ii. that total $300 or less. If multiple accounts are attached, a total of $300 in all
accounts shall not be subject to levy and attachment as determined by the executing
officer. The funds shall be set aside pursuant to the Defendant's general exemption
provided in 42 Pa.C.S. §8123.
3. If property of the Defendant not levied upon and subject to attachment is found in the
possession of anyone other than the named Garnishee, you are directed to notify such other person
that he or she has been added as a Garnishee and is enjoined as above stated.
4. Amounts due.
Current principal due: $ 44,701.87
Attorney Fees: $ 1,839.50
Cost of Court: $ 146.84

SHERIFF'S RETURN OF SERVICE
06/30/2010 10:44 AM -Steve Bender, Deputy Sheriff, who being duly sworn according to law, states that on June 30,
2010 at 1045 hours, attached as herein commanded all goods, chattels, rights, debts, credits, and monies
of the within named defendants, to wit: Wwalter G. Lesher and Wendy Mullen, in the hands, possession, or
control of the within named garnishee, M & T Bank, 423 N Enola Road, Enola, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania 17025, by handing to Kathy Zengerle, Assistant Branch Manager, personally three copies of
interrogatories together with three true and attested, copies of the writ of execution and made the contents
there of known to her.
The writ of execution and notice to defendant was mailed on July 1, 2010 to Walter Lesher at PO Box 511,
New Bloomfield, PA 17068 and also to Wendy Mullen at 6916 Spring Road, Shermansdale, PA 17090.
