W. Kautz Jr. The current owner of 48 Monarch Drive, Carlisle, PA 17015 advised Deputies James W.
Kautz Jr. has not resided at this location since April 2010. The Carlisle Postmaster confirmed, James W.
Kautz Jr. is not known at 48 Monarch Drive, Carlisle, PA 17015.
