%NOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS, that Dale R. Feister, late of
Borough, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, deceased, died testate on November 8, 2009, having
first made his Last Will and Testament, which was duly executed on August 1{~, 1987, and
probated in the Office of the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, on November ~0, 2009.
WHEREAS, the said Dale R. Feister, by the aforesaid Last Will and Testament, named
Patricia J. Feister as Executrix of said Last Will and Testament; ~
WHEREAS, Letters Testamentary on the Estate of the said decedent were'dhzly issued by
the Register of Wills of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, to the said )/xecutrix, her~inaffer called
personal representative;
WHEREAS, the personal representative has gathered the assets of the Estate of the said
decedent and the assets, as well as the expenses of the Estate, are set forth on the I Pennsylvania
Inheritance Tax Return filed by the said personal representative, and accepted and ap~roved by the
Pennsylvania Department of Revenue; and I!,
WHEREAS, Patricia J. Feister, wife of the decedent, is the sole and only heir pursuant to
the terms of the Last Will and Testament of the said decedent;
NOW, THEREFORE, Patricia J. Feister, being the sole and only heir under the Last Will
and Testament of the said decedent, and being the only person entitled to inherit u~der said Last
Will and Testament, does hereby acknowledge that she has this day had and reae~ved from the
aforesaid personal representative, in full satisfaction and payment of all sums of r~honey, legacies,
bequests, and devises as are given, devised and bequeathed to me by the said) ~,ast Will and

Testament, the amounts due to me under said Last Will and Testament, which amoUnits have been
received this day or prior to this day; and, I do hereby stipulate that in order to avoid the expense
and time involved in the filing of a formal account and schedule of distribution, I agree that no
account is necessary and I do hereby agree that I do consent to distribution being majd~ without the
filing of an account and schedule of distribution, the same to be with the same force a~d effect as if
they had been filed and confirmed by the Orphans' Court Division of the Court of Common Pleas
of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
THEREFORE, I do hereby remise, release, quitclaim and forever disclliarge the said
personal representative, Patricia J. Feister, her heirs, executors, administrators and signs, of and
from the said estate and from all actions, suits, payments, accounts, reckonings,', claims, and
demands whatsoever for or by reason thereof, or for any other use, matter, ca~ise or thing
whatsoever, touching upon the Estate of the said decedent, and I do further hereby {covenant and
agree that should any liability come due to the estate of the said decedent after the's~gning of this
Agreement, I do hereby covenant and agree that I will contribute to the Estate to satisfy any and all
claims, demands, suits, or causes of action which may be successfully prosecuted a~ainst the said
Estate or the aforesaid personal representative after the signing, sealing and delivery bf this Family
Settlement Agreement and Final Release.
