PATRICIA A. KOUGH, Executix of the Last Will and Testament of JAMES E~ POE,
Deceased, hereby declares under oath that she has fully and faithfully discharged the d ties of
her office; that the foregoing First and Final Account is true and correct and fully distil ses all
significant transactions occurring during the accounting period; that all known claims ainst the
Estate have been paid in full or are included in the Schedule of Proposed Distributions o
Creditors; that, to her knowledge, there are no claims outstanding against the Estate o er than
those included in the Schedule of Proposed Distributions to Creditors; that all taxes p sently due
from the Estate have been paid; and that the grant of Letters Testamentary and the first omplete
