Box 128 Boiling Springs, PA 17007 hereinafierreferredtoasContracto~ AND Margaret M Meacock 1429 Little Lehigh Drive North Emmaus, PA 18049 day of June Owner, ~ohereby the former undertook and agreed to erect and construct u dwelling 2004 , hereinafter referred to aa on that certain lot of ground situate in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, along Township Route T-333 known as Log Cabin Road and being Lot No'. 2 as shown on a plan for Stanley L. Spencer, Jr, recorded in Cumberland County Plan Book 86, Page 16 and containing 4.4849 acres, more or less. NOW THEREFOR.E, THIS AGREEMENT WITNE$$ETH: That the said Contractor, for and in consideration of the sum of(Ii. OD)Dollar to him in hand paid by O~oner, the receipt whereof ia hereby achnowledged, and the further consideration mentioned in the agreement aforesaid, for themselves and their subcontractors, and all parties acting through or under them, co~enant and agree that no mechanic's liens or claims shall he filed or maintained by them or any of them against the said buildings and the lot of ground appurtenant thereto for or on account of any ~vork done or materials furnished by them or any of them under said contract or otherwise, for, towards, in, or about the erection and construction of the said buildings on the lot above described, and the said Contractor, for themselves, their subcontractors and others under them hereby expressly waive and relinquish the right to have, file, and maintain any mechanic's liens or claims against the said buildings or any of them, and agree that this instrument, waiving the right of lien, shall be an independent covenant.
