Minnich, Executrix of the Estate of Edith A. Minnich, having been confirmed by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, Orphans' Court Division, on April 27, 2010, pursuant to 3534 of the Probate, Estates and Fiduciaries Code of 1972, as amended, the entire fee le interest in the real estate hereinafter described is awarded to William L. Gouse, in i mp s accordance with the Statement of Proposed Distribution confirmed by the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, as aforesaid: ALL THAT CERTAIN undivided one-half interest in two tracts of land with nts thereon erected situate in Monroe Township, Cumberland County, improveme Pennsylvania, bounded and described, as follows: TRACT NO. 1: BEGINNING at an iron pin at land now or formerly of the P.H. R.; thence by land now or formerly of Annie E. Criswell, North 7 1/2 degrees R & P . . 27 perches to the middle of the Yellow Breeches Creek; thence by said creek and West , by land now or formerly of Reuben Cockley, North 72 degrees West, 30.1 perches; thence wavrrE F. CONTAINING 8 acres and 133 perches. HAVING thereon erected atwo-story frame dwelling house, stable and other buildings. LESS, however, the following pieces or parcels of land which John A. Gouse, Jr. and Edith A. Gouse (a/k/a Edith Augusta Gouse), his wife, conveyed and adversed therefrom in and by the following deeds: 1. Deed Book "D", Volume 14, Page 228, dated Apri122, 1949, to James R. Gouse for 122 perches, more or less. 2. Deed Book "Y", Volume 15, Page 224, dated August 21, 1954, to Mary R. Enck for 1.7 acres, more or less. 3. Deed Book "E", Volume 16, Page 407, dated August 28, 1954, to Walter S. Rasp for 1.2 acres, more or less. 4. Deed Book "L", Volume 17, Page 53, dated October 6, 1956, to Frank M. Gouse and Lucy A. Gouse, his wife. 5. Deed Book "B", Volume 20, Page 924, dated November 30, 1960, to James R. Gouse, et al. BEING the same premises which were awarded to John B. Gouse, William L. Gouse and Edith A. Minnich in equal one-third interests, by Decree Awarding Real Estate 1979, and recorded in the Office of in the Estate of Edith A. Gouse, dated November 28, the Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pend recorded inlthe Offi~e of the olume 28, Page 976. By Deed dated October 21, 1986, Recorder of Deeds of Cumberland County, Pennsylvad his undivided one thi dointerest Page 480, the said John B. Gouse granted and convey in the premises unto the aforesaid William L. Gouse and Edith A. Minnich. The said Edith A. Minnich died on March 18, 2009, after having executed her Last Will and Testament in which she devised her interest in the aforesaid real estate premises to her brother, William L. Gouse. THIS transfer is exempt from Pennsylvania realty transfer taxes as a transfer for no consideration by testate succession from a personal representative of a decedent to the decedent's heir. I do hereby certify that the precise residence and complete post office address of the within named transferee is 381 Criswell Drive, Boiling Springs, Pennsylvania 17007. Date: ~ ~,,.QAa..
