MUNICIPAL CLAIM FOR SEWER
The Borough of Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania by and through its
solicitor, Dorm L. Snyder, Esquire, hereby files its claim for unpaid sewer charges and set forth
its claim as follows:
Statement of Claim
1. The name of the municipality by which this claim is filed is the Borough of Camp
Hill, a political stlbdivision of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania with offices located at 2145
Walnut Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
2. The name or names of the owner or owners, or reputed owner or owners of the
property against which this claim is filed are Stanton R. Kapp, III and Laura S. Kapp.
3. A description of the property against which this claim is filed is the house and
property known as and numbered 2148 Yale Avenue, Camp Hill, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania.
4. The claim for collection of these unpaid amounts is based upon the Municipal
Claims Act, 53 P.S. § 7101, et seq.
5. All acts, conditions, events and things required to be done under and by the
Borough of Camp Hill have been done and performed in due and legal form so as to entitled the
Borough of Camp Hill to a lien for the payment of the amounts for which this claim is filed.

6. The sewer rate was charged for sewer service furnished to the above-described
property connected to the Borough of Camp Hill sanitary sewer system during the period from
2000 through present (3 periods).
7. The amount of the charges due under this claim are as follows:
a. sewer charge at $120 per year in $60 bi-annual payments $180.00
b. sewer penalty and interest

WHEREAS, Jason W. Lins and Shelley L. Lins, his wife, of 798 Creek Road, Carlisle,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17013, have executed a contract with Robert J. Coldsmith,
Ill, of 137 Pine Tree Drive, Newville, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania 17241, for the erection
of a residential dwelling upon a tract of land situate in West Pennsboro Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, more particularly described in the deed of Albert C. Kuhn and Edith B.
Kuhn, hJs wife, granted and conveyed to Jason W. Linsa and Shelley L. Lins, his wife, dated
February 14, 2000, and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds for Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania in Deed Book 216, Page 153, and being Lot 32, Greystone Acres (Plan
Book 72, Page 70), located on Kengrey Drive, Carlisle, Pennsylvania 17013.
NOW, February 23, 2001, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the
principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Owners to the said
Contractor to commence work on said building, or to purchase materials for the same in
consideration of the making of the said contract with the said Contractor and the further
consideration of the sum of One and no/lO0 ($1.00) Dollar to Contractor paid by said Owners, it
is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any subcontractor,
nor by any of the matedal men or workmen or any other person for any labor or materials
purchased or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file
such liens being expressly waived.

services were rendered and charged pursuant to applicable rate resolutions of the Middlesex
Township Municipal Authority.
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and
the prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owner's account
with the Claimant, which sum of $8,480.26 for the above period was duly assessed against the
above Owner and premises beginning October 6, 2000 and for which sum, which includes
interest, cost and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance with
the Municipal Authorities Act of 1945, May 2, 1945 P.L. 382, 53 P.S. §§ 301 et seq., as
supplemented and amended and the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act, May 16, 1923 P.L. 207,
53 P.S. §§ 7101 et seq., as supplemented and amended.
