The undersigned, KAREN HOUGH, who has an interest in the albove estate as a
Beneficiary, hereby:
1. acknowledges receipt of complete distribution of the share of th~ estate to which
the undersigned was entitled;
2. acknowledges that the undersigned is aware of the right ~o have a final
accounting;
3. waives the filing and service of a final or other accounting by the personal
representative;and
4. consents to the entry of an order discharging Michael 'Herr, Personal
Representative, without notice, hearing, or waiting period, and without further accounting.
