NOW, TWRREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said
parties, as part of the said contract and for the consideration therein set forth,
that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or materialman, nor
any other person fur~ishing labor or material to the said contractor under this
contract shall file a lien, commonly called a mecha~3.c's lien, for work done or
materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is mde and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary
within ten(10) days after date~ in accordance with the requirements of Act of
Assembly o~ Pennsylvania, in such case provided.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the said parties hereto have hereunto set their hands

EXHIBIT "A"
Description of Real Estate:
ALL the following described real estate, together with improvements thereon
erected, lying and being situate in Southampton Township, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, more particularly described as follows:
BEGINNING at an iron on the northwesterly side of Colonial Drive at comer
of Lot E-13 on the hereinafter referred to plan of lots; thence by said Lot E-
13, South 79 degrees 39 minutes 0 seconds West, 160.0 feet to an iron pin
on line of other lands now or formerly of Rine; thence by said other lands
now or formerly of Rine herein, North 10 degrees 21 minutes 0 seconds
West 95 feet to an iron pin at comer of E-11 in said plan of lots; thence by
said Lot E-11, North 79 degrees 39 minutes 0 seconds East, 160 feet to an
iron pin on the northwesterly side of Colonial Drive; thence with the
northwesterly side of Colonial Drive, South 10 degrees 21 minutes 0 seconds
East, 95 feet to an iron pin, the place of beginning, containing 15, 200 square
feet.
BEING Lot E-12 on subdivision plan prepared by Carl D. Bert, dated
February 11, 2000, entitled "Land Subdivision for Rine Estates, Phase V,"
and recorded in Cumberland County, Pa., Plan Book 82, Page 13.
SUBJECT to the provisions of the declaration, covenants and restrictions for
Rine Estates Subdivision, Phases I and II, dated October 9, 1999 and
recorded in Cumberland County, Pa., Deed Book 590, Page 1071.
SUBJECT, FURTHER to the conditions, restrictions, notations, and
easements as shown on the aforementioned plan of lots as fully as if written
out at length herein.
BEING the same real estate which J. Gary Rine and Virginia B. Rine, his wife
and Darrin G. Rine and Loretta L. Rine, his wife., by deed dated the 020 ~'-
day of ~/a~-,~ry, 2001, and intended to be recorded in and among the
records of the Recorder of Deeds of Franklin County, Pennsylvania,
immediately prior to the recording of this Mortgage, conveyed to Heather K.
Colon, Mortgagor herein.
