Our office represents the above-captioned estate. Theodore W. Stellwag died on
September 19, 2009 and was a resident of the Borough of New Cumberland, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania. Enclosed for filing are the original and one copy of the ennsylvania
Inheritance Tax return for this estate, as well as the original and one copy of the I ventory and
Appraisement. Please note that there were no estate assets which required robate. Also
enclosed is check #77543 in the amount of $15.00 for the filing of the Pennsylvani Inheritance
Tax return.
We have included two additional copies of the first page of the ennsylvania
Inheritance Tax return and Inventory. Please time-stamp these copies, and retur them to our
