AND NOW, this 23rd day of February, 2004, upon the invitation of the
Dauphin County Area Agency on Aging to assume jurisdiction of the
guardianship petition on which all parties are now located in Dauphin County, IT
IS ORDERED that despite previous involvement of this court jurisdiction is
declined and the matter should proceed within the jurisdiction of the Dauphin
County Court of Common Pleas.
