For unpaid trash and sewer services rendered from February 23, 2000 to December 23, 2000.
Said Services were rendered and charged pursuant to applicable rate resolutions of the Mount
Holly Springs Borough Authority and the Borough Code of Ordinances, Chapter IX, Part 1 and
Chapter XVIII, Part 2, as amended..
Attached hereto is a statement of the kind and character of the services so rendered and
The prices charged therefor, said statement being a true and correct copy of the Owner's account
with the Claimant, which sum of $536.51 for the above period was duly assessed against the
above Owner and premises beginning February 23, 2000 and for which sum, which includes,
interest, costs and penalties, a lien is claimed against the above premises in accordance
with the Municipal Authorities Act of 1945, May 2, 1945 P.L. 382, 53 P. S. §§ 301, et seq., as
supplemented and amended and the Municipal Claims and Tax Lien Act, May 16, 1923, P.L.
207, 53 P.S. §§ 7101, et seq., as supplemented and amended.
