is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with Fogarty Homes, Inc.

for the erection ora story building upon a lot of land situate
ALL that certain tract of land situate in East Pennsboro Township,
Cumberland County, Pennsylvania, conveyed to Owners by deed of
Logan's Run Associates, dated January 31, 2001.

the principal contract, arid before 6ny authority has been given by the said Owner s
to the said Contractors to commence
work on the said building, or purchase materials for the same in consideration o/ the making o! the said contract
with Fogarty Homes, Inc. and the/urther consideration
of One Dollar, to Contractor paid b) Owners
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any sub-contractor, nor by any o! the material
men or workmen or any other person for any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the
erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
