N ~~" ~:~ .,a ~ , The petition of Dennis J. Hoover Administrator of the Estate of Valeria H. Nolan through H. Anthony Adams, Esquire respectfully states that: 1. Petitioner-was appointed Administrator of the Estate of Valeria H. Nolan by the Register of Wills of Cumberland County at File No. 2009-00655. The Administrator, Dennis J. Hoover is a member in good standing of the Maryland Bar and engages in the practice of law as a principal in the firm of Rosen Hoover P.A., One Charles Center, 100 North Charles Street, Suite 1010, Baltimore, MD 21201-3804. 2. By decree of the Register of Wills dated July 16, 2009, it was directed the Petitioner post surety bond in the amount of $950,000.00. Bond was posted after a fee in the amount of $3,320.00 was paid by the Administrator. 3. The Administrator filed his First and Final Account on April 15, 2010. A final order has been delayed since a tax acceptance clearance letter has not yet been issued by the Commonwealth. 4. The will directs payment to Rodney Hoover (Father of the Administrator) of $6,500.00. This gift was renounced. The residue is to be divided between JoAnn Hoover (mother of the Administrator) and Dennis J. Hoover. 5. The purpose of the bond has been substantially fulfilled and the Administrator and Beneficiaries desire relief from the payment of bond renewal fee which would be require by July 17, 2010 at the stated amount of $3,320.00 6. After confirmation of the First and Final Account it is the intent of the Administrator to make final disposition of all then remaining money, excepting a $5,000.00 reserve. Both Dennis J. Hoover and JoAnn Hoover consent to and request a reduction of the bond to $0.00. WHEREFORE Petitioner prays your Honorable Court to enter an order pursuant to 20 Pa C. S.
