Bailey, a resident of Albuquerque, New Mexico, bung of sound and disposing mind and memory, do make, publish and declare the following to be my Wii1, revoking all Wills and Codicils heretofore made by me. DECLARATIQNS 1. I am a single woman. I have no children. 2. I direct my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as soon after my death as conveniently may be done. 3. The following terms are defined for the purpose of this will. A. "Survive me" means that the person referred to must survive me by 30 days. If the person referred to dies within 30 days of my death, the reference to that person shall be construed as if that person had failed to survive me. B. "Heirs" means those persons who at the time of a decedent's death are _ entitled under the New Mexico statutes of intestate succession to the property of that decedent. Pa e 1 NMB APPOINTMENTS I. I nominate and appoint my friend, Paula Schuh, as personal representative of this will, she to serve without furnishing bond or other security. In the event she is deceased or is unable or unwilling to serve in such capacity, I nominate and appoint my sister, Robin Hoffman, as alternate personal representative, she also to serve without famishing Ind or other security. 2. My personal representative shall have all the powers authorized by the laws of the State of New Mexico and the New Mexico Probate Code. DISPOSITIVE PROVISIONS 1. Tangible Personal Property My personal representative shall execute the instructions contained in any written statement or fist made by me disposing of certain of my tangible personal property, identified with reasonable certainty, to particular persons. 2. Pecuniary Bequests A. I give, devise and bequeath to my nephew Tyler Miller the sum of $5,000. If he fails to survive me; this gift shall lapse. B. I give, devise and bequeath to my nieces Alexis Hoffman the sum of $5,000. If she fails to survive me, this gift shall lapse. P 2 ~! NMB C. I give, devise and bequeath to my niece Halley Hoffman the sum of $5,000. If she fails to survive me, this gift shall lapse. D. In the event a pecuniary bequest devisee is under the age of eighteen (18), her share shall be place with her mother Robin Hoffman as custodian under the Uniform Transfer to Minors Act (UTMA). 3. Residuary Probate Estate I give, devise and bequeath my residuary probate estate in equal shares to my father Norman Bailey, my sister Robin Hoffman and my sister Bridge# Bailey,or to the survivors of them. If either my father or sisters fail to survive me, I give, devise and bequeath my residuary probate estate in equal shares to the surviving residuary beneficiaries.
