Enclosed is a second Certification of Notice Under Pa.O.C. Rule 5.6(a), certifying that the
Estate has liven N~otioe of Estate Administration and a copy of the Will to the Office of Attorney
Cer~erat, Cfi~er~eble Tn.~t ~& Organizations Sec#ion. Initially, the Estate was not sure if the bequests to
any charities refierenc~d in the Decedent's Will would exceed $25,x00.00. Through marshalling and
valuing the assets, the Es#ate subsequently teamed that the monk to be d~tributed to the
AAec~ariicsburg Brethren in Christ Church will exceed the $25,000.00 amount which triers the
Estate having to send formal written Notice to the Office of Attomey General.
Please file the original Certification and provide me with two date-stamped cx~pies. For your
convenience in returning the date-stamped copies, enctosed is a stamped, self-addressed enuelope.
