RECEIPT, RELEASE, REFUNDING AND INDEMNIFICATION AGREEMENT
The undersigned beneficiary under the Will of the Deceased:
1. Acknowledges that the undersigned has examined and approved the
attached Account of Eric L. Mann, including the Schedule of Distribution on Page 13;
2. Waives the filing of the Account and Schedule of Distribution in the Court;
3. Acknowledges that all cash advances made to the estate or to facilitate in
the administration of the estate were made. equally by the undersigned and Eric L.
Mann, and that no additional reimbursements will be made to either the undersigned or
Eric L. Mann;
4. Acknowledges that distributions to the undersigned in the amount of
$19,477.87, in cash and in kind, as shown in the Account, will be in full satisfaction of
the amount payable to the undersigned from the Estate of the Deceased;
5. Agrees to refund to the Executor any portion of such distributions to
which the undersigned is not properly entitled; agrees, to the extent of such
distributions, to indemnify the Executor for claims made against him as Executor, and to
reimburse the Executor for all expenses and costs incurred in connection with any such
claims;
6. Releases the Executor and his heirs and personal representatives from all
liabilities which the Executor may have by reason of administration of the Estate; and
7. Declares that this instrument shall be legally binding upon the
undersigned and the undersigned's heirs and assigns.
