On 07/31/2007 mortgagor(s) made, executed and delivered a mortgage upon the premises hereinafter described to MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INCORPORATED AS A NOMINEE FOR COMMERCE BANK /HARRISBURG, N.A. which mortgage is recorded in the Office of the Recorder of CUMBERLAND County, in Mortgage Instrument No. 200731721.
