foregoing PETITION FOR LEAVE TO COMPRO ISE, it is hereby ORDERE[~ that:
A. The settlement between the Estate and Ward, providing for the ('payment
of policy limits, is approved, and Petitioner is authorized to execute the
General Release;
B. The settlement between the Estate and Decedent's underinsura~nce
carrier, providing for the payment of policy limits, is approved, aid
Petitioner is authorized to execute the Underinsured Motorist R~lease;
C. Executrix is authorized to pay Purcell, Krug & Haller the counse~ fees and
reimburse the costs incurred by Purcell, Krug 8~ Haller in conformity with
the Contingent Fee Agreement between the Estate and counsel.
D. Any other and further relief this Court deems appropriate.
