AND NOW, this 1st day of July, 2010, following a
status hearing as directed by the Order of Court dated p~ugust 31,
2009, and it appearing to the Court that the order entered on
that date appointing plenary guardians of the estate anc~ person
should be continued indefinitely, it is ordered and directed that
the Order of Court dated August 31, 2009, shall remain ~.n full
force and effect. '
No further automatic reviews of the ord~r shall
be required.
The allegedly-incapacitated person, who', is
present in court, is notified of the right to request a
modification or termination of the order at any time.
