BEGINNING at a point on the western right-of-way line of Cross Creek Drive at the
common front property corner of Unit Z-5 and Unit No. Y-1 as shown on the hereinafter
mentioned Plan of Lots; thence along said right-of-way line of said Cross Creek Drive
