I give and bequeath the entire contents of my personal residence, including, but not limited, to my household furnishings, appliances, utensils, glassware, jewelry and all other personal tangible property, of whatever nature or kind, to my daughter, CHRISTINE K. BTDDLE. 3• I give and bequeath twenty ( 20;0 ) per cent. of my residuary estate then remaining, to my daughter, CHRISTINE K. BTDDLE, absolutely and unconditionally. w*lr ~• I give and bequeath the remaining eighty (80f) per cent. of my estate to my daughter, CHRISTINE K. RIDDLE and to my son, GARY E. For the purpose of facilitating the settlement and distribution of my estate, T authorize and empower my Executors, hereinafter named, to sell any and all r®al estate which I may own at the time of my decease, at either public or private sale or sales. LASTLY, I nominate, constitute and appoint my daughter, CHRISTINE K. BIDDLE and my son, GARY E. BIDDLE, Co-Executors of this my Laat tilill and Testament, and direct that they be excused from posting bond or other security for the faithful performance of their duties in any jurisdiction.
