Monroe Township Municipality Authority hereby files this Municipal Lien for Services and Sewer Rates levied and assessed from January 1, 2009 through and including June 30, 2010. Said Authority services and sewer rates were levied and assessed pursuant to Authority Resolution No. 02-04, same being known as a Resolution of the Board of Monroe Township Municipal Authority imposing user charges to be collected from the owner of each improved property served or to be served by this Authority's sewer systems; and providing for payment and collection of such user charges. Attached hereto and incorporated herein are the statements forwarded by Monroe Township Municipal Authority to Sandra L. Brown and Marlin P. Brown for sewerage due to be treated from January 1, 2009 through June 30, 2010, which services total is in the amount of $1,277.10, which sum was duly assessed against Sandra L. Brown and Marlin P.
