Traders Trust Company, George Hugh Holder, Thomas M. Holder and Walter S. Holder,
Executors of the above-captioned Estate, has been filed for confirmation with the Orphans' Court
Division of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County, Pennsylvania. A Petition for
Adjudication accompanied the Account. The Account and Petition will be called for
confirmation by the Orphans' Court on August 24, 2010. Copies of the Account and Petition are
enclosed.

The Account reports all transactions in the Estate through July 1, 2010. The Account
proposes payment of an additional principal sum of $85,518 to each of Mr. Holder's children
bringing the total paid under Item VI to each of his children to the sum $335,518, or an aggregate
total of $2,684,144. In addition, the account proposes payment of statutory interest of $2,389.82
to each of Mr. Holder's children on account of the cash bequests under ITEM VI. The balance
of the estate is to be distributed to the QTIP Trust for Mrs. Holder's benefit.
Please note that the Account shows a reserve for the payment of M&T's executor
commission in the amount of $150,000. The Account also shows a reserve for payment of legal
fees to Rhoads & Sinon LLP in the amount of $127,500, plus reimbursement of out of pocket
expenses of $1,962. Lastly, the Account reserves $5,400 for filing fees to the Register of Wills.
These reserves are shown on page 13 of the Account.
If you have no objections to the Account, Petition or to the Proposed Distribution, you
need not take any action. If you have any objections to any transactions shown in the
Account or omitted from the Account, to the Petition or to the Proposed Distribution, you
must file with the Clerk of the Orphans' Court Division of Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, no later than 9:00 a.m. (prevailing time), August 24, 2010, objections thereto
in writing, in conformity with Cumberland County Orphans' Court Division Rules. In the
absence of written Objections to the Account, the Court will assume that you have no objections
and may confirm the Account.
