O'Lear¥ Interior and Exterior Painting of hereinafter called the Contractor, a contract for the painting of an addition to a SINGLE FAMILY DWELLING upon the lot of ground known as 1925 Walnut Street, Borough of Camp Hill. Cumberland County, PENNSYLVANIA desGribed in Exhil3it "A' hereof, of whioh Gladys A. Wolfinger is the title homer of recent, as more particularly descdl3ed in Deed Book 13-A, Page $20; end John T. O'Leary Interior and Now, Exterior Painting , at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contraot, and before any authority has been given by the Owner to the Contractor to commence work on said building or improvement, to purchase materials for the same, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between said parties as part of said contract and for the consideration therein set forth, nether the undersigned Contractor, any contractor or matedal man, nor any other person furnishing labor or materials to the said Contractor under the contract entered into belween said parties shall file a lien for work done or material furnished to said building, improvements or any part thereof. This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the Prothonotary within 10 days after da~e in accedence with the requirements of the Act of August 24, 1963, P.L. 497, as amended, In Witness Whereof. the said parties have hereunto set their hands and seal the day and year aforesaid. A. Moore, said plan being recorded in the Office of the Recorder or' Deeds of Cumberland County, in Deed Book Q, Vol. 6, Pase 600, and being the intersection of the southerly line of Walnut Street with the easterly line of lands now or formerly of U./3. Fry; thence in an easterly direction along Walnut Street fifty-five and five-tenths (55.5) feet to a stake; thence in a southerly direction along the line of lands now or formerly of Preston O. Va~ Ness and Catherine A. Van Ness, his wife. one hundred lwenty-one and three-tenths (121.3) feet to a stake at the line of lands now or formerly of Howard F. Sigler; thence in a westerly direction along lands now or formerly of Howard F. Sigler, thirty-four and eighty-s/x hundredths (34.86) feet to a point on the easterly line of said Lot No. 1, lands now or formerly ofU. G. Fry; thence in a northerly direction along the eastern line of said Lot No. 1, being lands now or formerly olD. G.
