above-captioned matter, and upon presentation of proof of publication of notice and proof
that there are no judgments, liens or decrees of records or any other matter of like character
against petitioner, and it appearing that there is no lawful objection to the request of the
petitioner, it is hereby ORDERED and DECREED that the Petition to Change Name filed
by Victoria Siekerman, on behalf of her minor child, Peter John Palmen Hilbert, who was
born in Montgomery County on May 15, 1994, is GRANTED and from this day forward
Peter John Palmen Hilbert, is to be legally known as Peter John Hilbert Palmen.
