BOSSERT of Milford Township, Bucks County, Pennsylvania, being of sound mind, memory and understanding, do hereby make my Last Will and Testament and revoke all Wills or writings in the nature thereof by me at any time heretofore made. ~! FIRST: I direct the payment of all my just debts and funeral expenses from my estate as an expense of administration as soon as convenient after my death. i Notwithstanding the above directive, I direct that my personal representative not pay , any debts which would be barred by a statute of limitations.
