AND NOW, this 29th day of July, 2010, upon review of
evidence and testimony with regard to the Petition for
Adjudication of Incapacity and Appointment of Guardian of the
Person and Guardian of the Estate for Joan M. Worthington, this
Honorable Court finds Joan M. Worthington to be an incapacitated
person and appoints Royce Worthington as Guardian of the Person
and Guardian of the Estate for Joan M. Worthington.
The Court directs that the fees for Mark Bayley as
attorney for the incapacitated person be paid from the estate of
the incapacitated person.
