Dear Register Of Wills:
On behalf of the Corporate Executor of the above-referenced Estate, I enclose our cashier's check
in the amount of $114,000 for payment on account of Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax. This payment
will yield a 5% discount in the amount of $6,000 for a total credit toward Pennsylvania Inheritance
Tax in the amount of $120,000.
Also enclosed is check #10075 from John M. McGraw in the amount of $2,050.03. This check
represents the payment on account of Pennsylvania Inheritance Tax on anon-probate asset. This
payment will yield a 5% discount in the amount of $107.90 for a total credit toward Pennsylvania
Inheritance Tax in the amount of $2,157.93. Please issue a separate receipt for this payment but
include receipt with other receipt to be returned to me.
Please time/date stamp the two enclosed copies of the letters and return to me in the self
addressed, postage paid envelope provided, along with the usual receipt for the tax payment.
