PETITION TO AMEND LETTERS TESTAMENTARY'
TO THE HONORABLE, THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
1. Petitioner is Lauryn E. Miller, now by marriage, Lauryn E. Stria.
2. Petitioner is the named Executrix in the Last Will and Testament of Williaril R. Robinson
dated November 5, 2003.
3. William R. Robinson died on Mary 23, 2008.
4. The said Will was offered for probate on June 26, 2008, and Letters `I~estamentary were
issued to Lauryn E. Miller on that same date.
5. Petitioner married Blake Stasa on October 18, 2008 and is now known as Lauryn E. Stage.
6. The administration of the Estate is not complete.
7. Petitioner has been unable to transfer stock in Carlisle Companies and decedent's motor
vehicle because her present identification lists her married name.
WHEREFORE, Petitioner respectfully requests that Letters Testamentary be amended in order to
issue said letters in her new, married name "Lauryn E. Stria".
