HERSHEY Contractor In the Court o/ Common Pleas County o/ CUMBERLAND , Pennsylvania, Number 0('~''' 3(-.)30 ~pt~[.-Q..~ Term, 19 ~ Michael Romig and Megan Chance o/ Dillsburg Pennsylvania is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with F~ui D. ~ershe3.¥ o/ Pennsylvania, /or the erection o[ a 2 1/2 story residential building upon a lot o[ land situate ALL TILT CERTAIN tract of mountain land in the To~mship of South Middleton, County of Cumberland and State of Pennsylvania, bounded and described as follows, to wit: ON the North and East by lands now or formerly of c.W. and D.V. Ahl; and George Meixel; on the South by lands formerly or now by lands of Samuel Herr, and West by the Carlisle Road. Containing eight (8) acres and forty-two perches (42), strict measure. BEINO the same premises which Mary E. Herr, widow, by Deed dated May 4, 1917 and recorded May 13, 1918, granted and conveyed unto Frank E. Herr, father of the decedent Grantor. The said Frank E. Herr having died April 11, 1945 at which time said premises were still titled in his name. Grantors herein are all of the living heirs of the said Frank E. Herr. ALSO being the same premises which The Estate of Elizabeth James a/k/a Elizabeth Anne James a/k/a Elizabeth A. James a/k/a Betty A. James a/k/a Betty Anne James by the Executor of the Estate, John H. James by Deed dated April 12, 1999 and recorded in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Cumberland County in Deed Rook 197, Page 827, granted a Quitclaim Deed unto John H. James. JOO~t~ ~.~. 2004 NOW, 19 , at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and before any authority has been given by the said Michael Roraicj aBd Megan CHance to the said Paul D. Hershey to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials ]or the same in consideration o/ the making o[ the said contract with Paul D. Hershey and the [urther consideration of One Dollar, to paid by it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the contractor, or any mb-contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person [or any labor, or materials purchased, or extra labor or materials purchased for the erection of said building, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
