WHEREAS MICHAEL A. SWEGER entered into a contract with

to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of
(a) building(s) upon those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Deed from Interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc., Dated ?-1(0-jo and intended to be recorded
preceding the recording of this stipulation to Michael A. Sweger.
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402).

ALL of the following tract of land situated in Southampton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania
BEGINNING at a set iron pin at the southern corner of Lot 13 as shown on a final
subdivision plan for North Middle Spring Estates, thence along Lot 15 South 39 degrees
46 minutes 32 seconds West 100.85 feet to a set iron pin, thence along the northern right-
of-way line of Pike Court North 50 degrees 13 minutes 28 seconds West 127.10 feet to a
set iron pin, thence continuing along Pike Court by a curve to the right, said curve having
a radius 25.00 feet, an arc length of 39.27 feet, a chord bearing of North 05 degrees 13
minutes 28 seconds West, and a chord length of 35.36 feet to a set iron pin, thence along
the southeastern right-of-way line of Walleye Drive North 39 degrees 46 minutes 32
seconds East 75.85 feet to a set iron pin, thence along Lot 13 South 50 degrees 13
minutes 28 seconds East 152.10 feet to a set iron pin, said pin being the POINT OF
BEGINNING. Containing 0.3491 Acres
Lot 14 being subject to a sanitary sewer easement as shown on the referenced plan.
