STIPULATION AGAINST LIENS
WHEREAS CAROLYN Y. SMITH entered into a contract with
CAROLYN Y. SMITH AND N/A
to provide materials and/or to perform labor necessary for the construction and erection or the alteration and repair of
(a) building(s) upon those certain pieces or parcels of land situated in SOUTHAMPTON TOWNSHIP
CUMBERLAND County, Pennsylvania, being more particularly bounded and described as follows:
Deed from Interfaith Housing Alliance, Inc., Dated 'l-Hp-lb and intended to be recorded
preceding the recording of this stipulation to Carolyn Y. Smith
NOW, THEREFORE, it is hereby stipulated and agreed by and between the said parties, as part of the said
contract and for the consideration therein set forth, that neither the undersigned contractor, any sub-contractor or
materialman, nor any other person furnishing labor or material to the said contractor under this contract shall file a lien,
commonly called a mechanic's lien, for work done or materials furnished to the said building or any part thereof.
This stipulation is made and intended to be filed with the County Prothonotary within ten (10) days after date, in
accordance with the requirements of Act of Assembly of Pennsylvania, in such case provided (49 P.S. 1402).

ALL of the following tract of land situated in Southampton Township, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania
BEGINNING at a set iron pin at the southwestern corner of Lot 5 as shown on a final
subdivision plan for North Middle Spring Estates, thence along Lot 9 South 60 degrees
39 minutes 12 seconds West 64.18 feet to a set iron pin, thence along Lot 7 North 29
degrees 20 minutes 48 seconds West 175.57 feet to a set iron pin, thence along the
southeastern right-of-way line of Walleye Drive North 60 degrees 39 minutes 12 seconds
East 74.50 feet to a set iron pin, thence continuing along the southeastern right-of-way
line of Walleye Drive by a curve to the left, said curve having a radius 231.43 feet, an arc
length of 35.61 feet, a chord bearing of North 56 degrees 14 minutes 45 seconds East,
and a chord length of 35.57 feet to a set iron pin, thence along Lot 5 South 14 degrees 56
minutes 43 seconds East 184.08 feet to a set iron pin, said pin being the POINT OF
BEGINNING. Containing 0.3503 Acres
Lot 6 being subject to a sanitary sewer easement as shown on the referenced plan.
