Contractor
WHEREAS, Property Management, Inc., 1300 Market Street, Camp Hill, Cumberland
County, Pennsylvania, is about to execute contemporaneously herewith, a contract, with
McCoy Brothers, Inc., of 1514 Commerce Avenue, Carlisle, Cumberland County,
Pennsylvania, for the Proposed Demolition of the Existing Unoccupied Space, 1041
Mumma Road, Wormleysburg, Cumberland County, Pennsylvania.
NOW, at the time of and immediately before the execution of the principal contract, and
before any authority has been given by the said Property Management, Inc. to the said
McCoy Brothers, Inc. to commence work on the said building, or purchase materials for
the same in consideration of the making of the said contract with Property Management,
Inc. and the further consideration of One Dollar, to be paid by Property Management, Inc.,
it is agreed that no lien shall be filed against the building by the Contractor, or any sub-
contractor, nor by any of the material men or workmen or any other person for any labor,
or materials purchased, or extra labor for the Demolition of the Existing Unoccupied
Space, the right to file such liens being expressly waived.
WITNESS my hands and seals the day and year aforesaid.
